Referrals Overview
Kiip referrals are flexible and support a variety of workflows.
How referrals work
Through Kiip, you can both send and receive referrals. You do not need to accept incoming referrals—or even have them turned on—in order to send referrals out.
The platform automatically updates referral statuses when they are accepted or denied. New referrals appear in the client directory, where they can be quickly reviewed and either accepted or denied. Accepting a referral creates a new client room in Kiip.
When a client is helped and marked as such, their referral status is updated for the sender. If a client is referred from another system, they should also be added to Kiip so you can track progress and keep all related documents together in one central location.
